The release stressed on how Oberoi Hotels & Resorts “have always prioritised the health and wellbeing of our guests and colleagues with exacting standards of cleanliness and hygiene. We would like to assure you that we have used the last few months to implement extraordinary measures, in keeping with the WHO and Government issued guidelines, to further enhance hygiene and safety standards at our hotel. We have also partnered with Bureau Veritas, the world leader in testing, inspection and certification services, to validate and review our measures”.
It went on to speak about the safety and hygiene protocol followed by employees, from chauffeurs picking up guests in sanitised vehicles, to employees, who sanitise their hands and wear disposable gloves and masks at all times. Everyone at the hotel also has their temperature scanned before starting work, it added.
“While the personal touch, and care from each member of the hotel will in no way diminish, for safety measures, all the Oberoi Hotels & Resorts are using technology to minimise contact with contactless technology, whether it is for guests checking in or checking out of the hotel or for dining in the restaurants or in their rooms. There is a QR code display in hotel cars and Contactless Dining option is available in the restaurants for our guests,” the statement added.

Second child until maximum age of 12 years will be accommodated in the same room at additional supplement. The additional amount is not included in the room price mentioned and shall be payable at the hotel during check-out.
