This enchanting lunchtime journey starts with a tour of our herb and vegetable gardens, where we grow everything organically and harvest as much as possible onsite to ensure our menus have the freshest ingredients. Our chef will show you around the season’s harvest, guide you to forage for your own ingredients, and share insights about food habits, production and plant identification. At our lakeside cooking pavilion overlooking a grove of Kadam trees, you can watch or cook together beside breathtaking views and maybe even pick up some Oberoi culinary secrets along the way.
