To activate and enjoy the benefits of Oberoi Select, you need to be a member of Oberoi One, our complimentary guest recognition programme. If you not a member, click here to enrol and unlock exclusive privileges with every visit.
For existing Oberoi One members:
  1. Log in to your Oberoi One account.
  2. Go to the ‘Oberoi Select’ tab and click ‘Activate.’
  3. Enter the 16-digit Oberoi Select ID from your email.
  4. Enter the 6-digit activation PIN sent to your registered mobile number.
For new Oberoi One members:
  1. Enrol in Oberoi One here.
  2. After registration, log in, navigate to the ‘Oberoi Select’ tab, and follow the above mentioned activation steps.
Your Oberoi Select balance will be updated automatically.
Q. What benefits do I receive after activation?
Upon activation, your Oberoi One tier may be upgraded based on your current membership level:
  • Blue/Silver members and first-time enrollees will be upgraded to the Gold Tier.
  • Gold members will be upgraded to the Platinum Tier.
  • Platinum members will remain in their current tier.
Tier upgrades will reflect within 3-5 working days of activation.
All benefits associated with your Oberoi One membership tier will apply. For a detailed list of benefits, please refer to your Oberoi One dashboard.
Q. What can I redeem my Oberoi Select balance for?
Oberoi Select balance can be redeemed for accommodation, food & beverages and spa services (available to resident guests only) at Oberoi hotels and resorts in India. Please inform us of your Oberoi Select account number at the time of booking.
Q. How can I use Oberoi Select for stays or booking a room?
Oberoi Select can be redeemed at the hotel. When booking directly or online at oberoihotels.com, choose the ‘pay at hotel’ option. Upon arrival, provide your registered mobile number for easy on-site payments.
Q. How can I use Oberoi Select for dining?
You can use Oberoi Select for dining at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in India. Simply share your registered mobile number with the hotel representative at the time of dining for a seamless payment experience.
Q. How can I use Oberoi Select for spa services?
Spa services are available only to resident guests. You can use Oberoi Select for spa services during your stay at Oberoi Hotels & Resorts in India. Kindly share your registered mobile number with the hotel representative at the time of payment for a smooth payment process.
Q. How is Oberoi Select validated at the time of payment?
At the time of payment, validation is completed using an activation PIN sent to the mobile number registered with Oberoi Select. The payment is automatically deducted upon successful validation.
Q. How can I check my Oberoi Select account summary?
You can view your account updates via SMS sent to your registered mobile number or log in to the Oberoi One dashboard for a detailed summary.
Q. Can I get a refund or exchange my Oberoi Select balance for cash?
No, payments made using Oberoi Select are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Q. What happens if my payment exceeds my Oberoi Select balance?
If your payment exceeds your Oberoi Select balance, the remaining amount must be settled using another payment method. Partial top-ups of the Oberoi Select balance are not available.

Terms and Conditions

  • The benefit of Oberoi Select shall be available to those who make a lump sum payment for an amount of INR 4,00,000 (Rupees Four Lakhs). The amount paid, including the additional benefit of 10% (i.e. INR 40,000), will be reflected in the purchaser’s account, which amount can only be used for stays, dining or Spa services in any of the participating Oberoi hotels and resorts in India.

  • The benefit under the Oberoi Select is applicable for bookings made directly through oberoihotels.com website.
  • To purchase and activate the Oberoi Select offer, you must be an existing Oberoi One member. If you are not yet a member, you must first enrol in Oberoi One to activate the benefits under Oberoi Select. The benefits of Oberoi One membership are in addition to the Oberoi Select benefits. For more details on Oberoi One membership, click here .
  • Upon the activation of Oberoi Select, if you are Oberoi One Blue / Silver member or enrolling for the first time, you will be upgraded to the Gold Tier of Oberoi One. If you are Oberoi One Gold member, you will be upgraded to the Platinum member. The upgrade will come into effect within 3-5 business days.
  • Once you make the payment, you will receive Oberoi Select ID, Activation PIN, Redemption PIN and other transactional messages on the mobile number/e-mail address provided at the time of purchase of Oberoi Select.
  • The amount paid under Oberoi Select must be used within 365 days from the date of payment, after which the unused amount shall stand forfeited. No refunds will be provided for any unused amount after the expiration.
  • Should you choose to reserve your stay at any of the participating hotels through the Oberoi brand website, you would have to select the ‘Pay at Hotel’ option in order to utilize your available Oberoi Select balance. As part of this process, we may require you to authorize your credit / debit card.
  • You must be a resident of India and at least 18 years old at the time of purchase of Oberoi Select.
  • You shall maintain and use only one Oberoi One account at any time, and not share the said account with any other person.
  • You shall provide and maintain accurate and current contact information at all times.
  • The participation to Oberoi Select is only for individuals and you shall not be permitted to subscribe to the Oberoi Select on behalf of or as a representative of a company, association, group or other entity.
  • The participation to the Oberoi Select is entirely voluntary and it is agreed and understood by you that such participation shall be deemed to have been made on a voluntary basis.
  • Once the payment is made under Oberoi Select, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
  • The amount/ balance available under Oberoi Select and the benefits thereunder, cannot utilized / redeemed for booking made under the ‘advance purchase rate’ (APR).
  • The amount / balance available under Oberoi Select and the benefits thereunder, cannot be used in conjunction with negotiated rates or in cases where special rates have been availed.
  • The terms and conditions of the relevant Oberoi hotels, including but not limited to those relating to reservation, check-in/check-out timings, safety guidelines etc., shall apply in addition to the terms and conditions of these Terms and Conditions.
  • The hotel's child policy will apply to all spends made under Oberoi Select.
  • The benefits availed under Oberoi Select are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  • Oberoi Hotels & Resorts retains the right terminate the benefits under Oberoi Select, including Oberoi One membership, in the event the Purchaser (a) violates any of these Terms and Conditions; (b) commits any fraud or abuse, misrepresents or attempts to misuse the benefits under Oberoi Select; or (c) violates any law in connection with the use of Oberoi Select or any benefits thereunder.
  • Cancellation of Oberoi Select shall result in the forfeiture of unused amount lying in the account of the relevant Purchaser.
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. All disputes under this offer are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts / tribunals of New Delhi.
