Arrival and Departure Policy.

Check in - 1400 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check-Out - 1200 Hours Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

A recent Government notification requires guests to present proof of identity at the time of check in. Guests are requested to carry with them the required document during their travel.

Guarantee Policy.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Mandatory Meal Supplement.

Mandatory meal supplement is applicable for stays on Christmas Eve, 24th December and New Year Eve, 31st December.

Christmas Eve Dinner: INR 9,000 + tax per person

New Year Eve Dinner: INR 9,000 + tax per person

Cancellation Policy.

Guests are requested to cancel reservations within the stipulated period as per the hotel policy. A no-show or late cancellation received shall invite retention including taxes as applicable. The credit card that was authorised while making the reservation will be charged.

As the cancellation policy may differ for some rate offers and room categories from the hotel’s standard cancellation policy, kindly review them carefully while making the reservation.

Child Policy.

Up to two children under 12 years' age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.

Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12 years age, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parents' room (subject to adequate availability in the same category). The offer is not applicable on the following dates:

Child Meal Policy.

Meals for children aged up to six are complimentary when dining from the restaurant buffet. For children aged six to twelve, meals are charged at 50% of the parent's meal plan rate. Meals for children above twelve are charged at full price. À la carte meals and In-Room Dining orders will be charged as per the menu.

Spa Policy.

The Oberoi Spa is for the exclusive use of our resident guests only.
