Policies.

Arrival and Departure Policy.

Check-In - 14.00 Hours Early arrival is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, reservation needs to be made starting from the previous night.

Check-Out - 12.00 Hours Later check-outs are available on request and subject to availability.

Guarantee Policy.

All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by a Credit Card or Travel Agency. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy.

For stay between 1st to 31st August and 23rd December to 2nd January

One night's accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled between 15 and 30 days prior to arrival.

100% of total accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled 14 days or less prior to arrival.

100% of total accommodation charged from initial period of stay will be applied for early departures and no shows.

For stays between 1st September to 22nd December and 3rd January to 31st July

One night's accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled between 4 and 7 days prior to arrival.

100% of total accommodation charge will be applied if the booking is cancelled 3 days or less prior to arrival.

100% of total accommodation charged from initial period of stay will be applied for early departures and no shows.

Child Policy.

Up to two children under 12 years' age can be accommodated in the parents' room, with one extra bed at no additional charge. Kindly state your request for extra bed at the time of booking as not all room categories can accommodate an extra bed.

If a child is above 12 years of age, a separate room will be required at the parent's applicable room rate. (An extra bed shall not be provided for anyone over 12 years of age.)

Should you wish to take a separate room for children below 12 years age, we are pleased to offer the same at 50% price of the parents' room (subject to adequate availability in the same category). The offer is not applicable on the following dates: Please note that the 50% discount on the 2nd room offer is not applicable during peak seasons. i.e., from 1st to 31st August and from December 23rd to January 2nd.

Child Meal Policy.

Breakfast in restaurant and buffet meals for children aged up to six are complimentary. For children aged six to twelve, buffet meals are charged at 50% of the parent's meal rate. Meals for children above twelve are charged at full price. À la carte meals and In-Room Dining orders will be charged as per the menu.

Spa Policy.

The Oberoi Spa is for the exclusive use of our resident guests only.
