Children's Activity.

While you enjoy your holiday at our resort, we ensure that your children have a fun time too.  Our children's activities include:

Puppet Show.
Duration: 1 hour Timings: Daily from 7-9pm Price: INR 7,000 for a private session (1 hour).

Young guests will delight in a traditional puppet show at the poolside. An ancient form of storytelling and an integral aspect of Rajasthani folk culture, local, traditional marionetteers never fail to enthrall their young audiences with entertaining stories, sung and told in Hindi

Junior Chef.
Duration: 30 minutes Timings: Every Monday from 4.30 to 5 pm Price: INR 1,500 per child for a private session (30 minutes).

Little chefs will delight in learning how to bake delicious cookies in a fun culinary session with our talented chefs. Junior chefs will be shown how to make classic combinations, as well as being encouraged to experiment with exciting cookie mixtures of their own.

Block Printing.
Duration: 1 hour Timings: Every Saturday from 4.30 to 5.30 pm Price: INR 1,500 per child for a private session (30 minutes).

Budding artists will delight in the opportunity to try their hand at traditional Rajasthani block printing. Using traditional, hand engraved wooden blocks, junior artists will be shown how to dip them in vibrant colours to make their very own painting or scarf.

Make Your Own Pot.
Duration: 1 hour Timings: Every Saturday from 4.30 to 5.30 pm Price: INR 1,500 per child for a private session (30 minutes).

Young guests can get their hands dirty in a fun, creative pottery making session with a rural artisan. In a quiet corner of our gardens, children will learn how to mould and shape natural clay into a bespoke design, using a traditional potters’ wheel.

Note: Designs are left all day and overnight to dry in the sunshine and warm, night air. Children can collect their artwork the following morning.

Little Bartender.
Duration: 30 minutes Timings: Every Monday from 11-11.30 am and every Thursday from 4.30-5pm Price: Complimentary.

Discover how to blend flavours, colours and make attractive, exciting soft drinks. Our young guests will have lots of fun learning how to mix mocktails with our trained mixologists.

Treasure Hunt.
Duration: 30 minutes Timings: Every Tuesday and Friday from 11-11.30 am Price: Complimentary.

A high energy, exciting experience for children. Accompanied by a member of the Oberoi Rajvilas’ staff, our young guests have the chance to explore our expansive gardens, searching high and low for clues that will lead them on a trail to find hidden treasure.

Young Hoteliers’ Programme.
Duration: 30 minutes Timings: Every Wednesday from 11-11.30 am Price: Complimentary.

Experience the life behind the hotel in our Young Hoteliers’ Programme. We invite our young guests on a guided tour of the 32 acres of The Oberoi Rajvilas, where they will discover delights, surprises and learn more about the inner workings of a professional hotel.

Kite Decoration and Flying.
Duration: 1 hour Timings: Every Thursday and Saturday from 11-11.30 am Price: Complimentary.

We invite our young guests to discover the joy of making their own kites and flying them fly from our beautiful gardens, into the clear blue skies.
