The monsoon season is ideal to detoxify the body. It is the ideal time of the year to undertake an exclusive experience that is a unique combination of purification, rejuvenation and pampering. Assessment by the resident Ayurvedic Doctor is followed by a schedule of yoga, meditation and Ayurvedic treatments that will leave you rejuvenated, revitalised and energised.

Day 1 (Relaxation)
The first day is dedicated to relaxing the body and mind. The morning session includes gentle yoga postures followed by Paranayam. This assists in unwinding physically and mentally. The afternoon is spent at the spa, luxuriating in an Ayurvedic dry herbal massage.

Day 2 (Purification)
The morning session involves purifying the nasal cavity and gastro intestinal tract through yoga. The Ayurvedic treatment in the afternoon starts with a massage followed by a neem purification bath.

DAY 3 (Rejuvenation)
TThis day begins with a yoga session customised to your body type. This is followed by Shirodhara, in which the rhythmic precision in the trickling of oil onto the forehead is believed to awaken the third eye, calming the mind and soothing the senses. The programme culminates with a meditation session in the evening which reenergises the mind, body and spirit.

The 3-day 4-night Monsoon Yoga Programme is priced at Rs. 73,000 (tax extra) and includes the following:
  • accommodation for 2 persons for 4-nights in a Premier Room
  • additional room for up to 2 children (below 12 years) free, subject to availability
  • breakfast daily for 2 persons
  • round-trip car transfer between the local airport or railway station and the hotel
  • 15% discount on spa treatments
