The 'Wellness in the Himalayas' programme combines private sessions in yoga and meditation with spa therapies.
Focusing on asanas (body postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and therapies from the spa menu that incorporate ancient Ayurvedic principles, Aromatherapy and Western techniques, the seven-night programme includes a session every morning and evening.
