The 'Wellness in the Himalayas' programme combines private sessions in yoga and meditation with spa therapies.
Focusing on asanas (body postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and therapies from the spa menu that incorporate ancient Ayurvedic principles, Aromatherapy and Western techniques, the seven-night programme includes a session every morning and evening. Asanas, guided relaxation and breathing techniques to bring harmony to the body and mind are taught together with cleansing practices and mediation. This includes accommodation and daily breakfast for two; a 30-minute review consultation, and Ayurvedic and Yoga consultation; three 60-minute private Yoga sessions and meditation sessions; four 60-minute spa therapies, a 60-minute Ayurvedic therapy and a body scrub and facial per person.
