New Delhi, April 20, 2016: The Oberoi Group has been recognized as one of the best employers in the ‘Aon Best Employers India – 2016’ survey.
The Aon Best Employers study covered 113 companies across 12 industries, cumulatively employing around 9, 50,000 employees to adjudge India's Best Employer of 2016.

An organisation’s overall rating was based on the Employee Opinion Survey score, a Report by Aon on the people practices within the organization and their interactions with the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Vice President – Human Resources. Aon also conducted focus group discussions with team members at all the hotels and the corporate office. This year Aon has recognized 25 companies as “Aon Best Employer India – 2016”.

Methodology of the survey:
The study research methodology involves a rigorous process, conducted over a nine-month period that culminates in a solid, credible list of Best Employers decided by an external panel of independent jury. An analysis is run to measure the alignment between "Intent-Design-Experience", assessed through CEO survey and interview, people practices survey and Employee opinion survey for all participating organizations. A shortlisted set is taken through an intense on-site audit to validate the details provided. Client names are masked during this process, and revealed to the jury only post final selection. An external panel of unbiased jury comprising corporate and academic community evaluated the participants and arrived at the final list of India’s 25 Best Employers of 2016. The jury for the 2016 edition comprised eminent business leaders and academicians including: Prof Rajan Gupta, Professor at MDI, Mr. Raman Roy, BPO industry pioneer and Chairman and Chief, Quattro, Ms. Renu Sud Karnad, Managing Director, HDFC Limited, Dr Santrupt Misra, CEO, Carbon Black Business and Director, Group HR, Aditya Birla Group and Mr. Shiv Shivakumar, CEO, Pepscio India.
