12th May 2010, New Delhi, India: The Oberoi, Mauritius has been ranked the best hotel in the Indian Ocean in the Ultratravel 100 awards.
The Ultratravel 100 is announced annually by Ultratravel, the quarterly luxury travel magazine distributed with the Daily Telegraph newspaper in the United Kingdom. These awards are the result of a poll conducted by the magazine in which the readers are asked to vote for the Top 100 hotels, cruise lines, tour operators, airlines, airports and destinations that represent the very best in luxury travel.
The Ultratravel 100 awards were presented in a ceremony held at The Dorchester hotel in London.
